Snack 1: 8 baby carrots (organic), 2 tbsp natural almond butter (I didn't buy organic bc it was a whopping $21) |
Dinner: 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup tomato puree made with bacon fat & butter, the organ meat left from chicken we roasted last week. |
Celebration Snack: (yes, we still have our tree up).1/4 cup macadamia nuts and 3-4 glasses of champagne because HEY! ALABAMA JUST WON THEIR 14TH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!! |
