Condom Etiquette

I'm sitting in my office trying to each lunch...and from the hallway I just heard a client say this,

"I have no idea how I got pregnant this time, it was an accident. Yeah, we used a condom, except for the first 20 or 30 minutes."

Do I have to say it? That's not how that works...

    Laura honestly if the government would quit dishing out to people who keep having kids you can bet they would learn real quick how to use birth control!

    haha I agree with that somewhat. The people who come in with no job and 6 kids and their only 23...it makes me crazy!! There are so many people that abuse the system, that before I worked for WIC I wished they would just get rid of it altogether. However, there are those great parents who for one reason or another, whether it be because of the economy or or what have you, that really need this assistance and I am more than happy to help them. But even those bad parents...I don't do it for them, I do it for their poor children who didn't ask to be brought into that situation. You win some, you lose some.
