Yesterday we made our trip to Orlando and this is what I ate. Probably not going to write a lot because I have other very important things to be doing...like riding Space Mountain!
|Breakfast: 3 eggs and 2c1/2 slices of bacon.|
Matt made venison jerky for us to take on the trip so I would have some paleo friendly snacks. :) I'll post the recipe in a few days.
|Lunch: venison jerky, chicken & cheddar cheese.|
Finally made it to Orlando and stopped to eat at Sweet Tomato before heading over to our condo at Old Key West. I love Sweet Tomato and we don't have one at home so I like to eat there when I'm near one.
|Dinner: Clam chowder (I didn't eat the potatoes), Tomato Basil soup, sugar-free raspberry mouse made with coconut oil & grapes.|
|Dinner: Made a giant salad! Sooooo goooood.|
Once we made it to Disney and got our stuff unpacked we headed to the hot top with a bottle of wine.
|Dessert: wine & chocolate.|
