I didn't really exercise yesterday...ok I didn't exercise yesterday ;) But I did do some stretching. I've been trying to stretch everyday. I should have always been doing this but I wasn't and now my muscles are so tight. I'm working on it! I also just found out a grocery store 5 minutes from me sells grass fed meat, yay!
I need to go buy some more veggies!! I'm thinking spaghetti squash.
