Paleo Day 6

It's day 6! Almost finished my first week! Aiming for some more carbs today than yesterday.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1/4 cup asparagus, 1 1/2 slices bacon, 1 1/2 baby bellas, 1 banana.

Lunch: about 5oz venison, 1.5 baby bellas, 1/4 cup (if that) mashed potatoes, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 tbsp bacon fat.

Dinner: venison chili, 3oz venison, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 tsp green chilies, 1/2 tsp jalapeno, 1 tbsp full fat sour cream, 1oz cheddar cheese, 8oz red wine.
Day 6 Nutrition Facts:
Fat: 72.3 grams 42%
Carbs: 113.5 grams 30%
Protein: 106.6 grams 28%

It seems like all I'm eating is venison!!! My mom gave us a bunch to bring home when we where there over Christmas. It's delicious! And it's not CAFO meat. :)
