Paleo Day 9 & Roll Tide

All food aside, this was the best day EVER! My BAMA boys beat lsu in the National Championship game!!! It was the first shut out (21-0) in BCS bowl game history! Roll Tide!

In other news, I'm going to be re-designing my blog and changing the name. Just wanted to give you a heads up so in a few days your not wondering who the heck I am. ;)

Breakfast: 3 eggs (organic, cage free, added omega 3), 1-2 baby bellas, 1 slice low sodium bacon & 1/2 a banana.

Lunch: I'm going to be eating this until it's allllll gone. venison chili with 1 tbsp full fat sour cream.

Snack 1: 8 baby carrots (organic), 2 tbsp natural almond butter (I didn't buy organic bc it was a whopping $21)

Dinner: 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup tomato puree made with bacon fat & butter, the organ meat left from chicken we roasted last week.

Celebration Snack: (yes, we still have our tree up).1/4 cup macadamia nuts and 3-4 glasses of champagne because HEY! ALABAMA JUST WON THEIR 14TH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!!
