Paleo Day 10 & WIAW

Today was awesome! Almost as awesome as yesterday! Even though I had to turn down a rum ball at work ;) That's ok, I'd actually rather have my macadamia nuts. I feel like I'm transforming into a new person and it feels so cool. I'm not sure when I'll do this, but I'm really excited about attempting a paleo pizza recipe. I'll keep ya posted.

Breakfast: 3 eggs (organic, cage free, added omega 3), handful of sliced baby bellas & about 1/2 cup of grapes. (I forgot to take a picture of my grapes so I stole this picture from the Internet).

Lunch: venison chili...I didn't take a new picture because it looks the same every time...and will be back again tomorrow!

Snack: 10 baby carrots (organic), 1/4 cup macadamia nuts-so yummy!!

Dinner: handful of arugula (organic), 1/4 of a cucumber (organic), 3 baby carrots (organic), 1 cutie & half an avocado.
I have THE best husband! I got home today and he had made me "the best paleo Asian dressing ever." It was so freaking delicious on my salad! I have been wanting some chocolate or some kind of dessert for days but didn't really have anything paleo in the house. So when he came home from work, he brought me this 85% cocoa organic chocolate bar! He said he read the ingredients on all the chocolate in the store until he found one I could eat! How sweet is he?!? So happy!

Snack: 8 oz red wine, a couple squares of 85% cocoa organic chocolate
Day 10 Nutrition Facts:
Fat: 87.6 grams 62%

And I can't forget, It's Wednesday again so I'm linkin up with with Jenn @Peas & Crayons . Go check out the party and find a new yummy recipe!

    1. Mine too! I always want chili when it gets cold (which isn't too often in Florida). I was so happy we were able to get some venison from a friend to make it with because it's definetly my favorite version.

  4. I agree with Jessica. The chili looks yummy. You've just made me a good idea for a reward for my brother who got his Food Safety Training last week. But still work on the pizza dough first. I'm not really the cook-type but I'd like to do something special for him.
